Dos personalidades, una boliviana y otra española, fallecieron en el mes de marzo. El primero, Reynaldo Peters Azabe, político, ministro de Estado y abogado, saltó a la fama internacional por haber redactado un Habeas Corpus en papel higiénico, que era el único material escriptorio que encontró en su celda de preso político en la época de la dictadura del Gral. Hugo Banzer. Esa pieza maestra del derecho constitucional, fue registrada como Memoria del Mundo. Por su parte, Emilia Currás, Química, documentalista e informatóloga española, aportó con su teoría del informacionismo en los Archivos, adelantándose al tiempo, en la aplicación de los sistemas informáticos en la gestión documental.
Two personalities, one Bolivian and the other Spanish, died in March 2020. The first, Reynaldo Pe- ters Azabe, politician, Minister of State and lawyer, rose to international fame for having written a Habeas Corpus on toilet paper, which was the only writing material he found in his cell as a political prisoner at the time of the dictatorship by Gral. Hugo Bánzer. This masterpiece of constitutional law was registered as Memory of the World. For her part, Emilia Currás, a Spanish chemist, documen- talist and informatologist, contributed her theory of informationism in Archives, ahead of time, in the application of computer systems in document management.
