| Resumen, etc. | Las mujeres embarazadas dependiendo de la autovaloración que presenten pueden percibir a su imagen corporal (cambios corporales) como positivos o negativos, al igual que sus cambios emocionales, ello depende especialmente, de las relaciones que tiene con su pareja positiva o negativa, y de sus propias expectativas. Muchas, primero deseaban culminar su colegio o ser profesionales o primero casarse y otras en cambio tenían como expectativa embarazarse. A menor autovaloración las mujeres embarazadas perciben sus cambios corporales como negativos; presentan miedo de quedar deformes después de su embarazo. A mayor autovaloración perciben sus cambios corporales y emocionales como positivos, se consideran atractivas disfrutan con sus cambios físicos lo cual a su vez es retroalimentado por parte de sus parejas; además se sienten tranquilas, felices con los cambios que se van dando en su cuerpo, piensan que su embarazo le da sentido a sus vidas, se sienten realizadas como mujeres y esperan con ansiedad a sus bebés. En lo social, la retroalimentación positiva o negativa que recibe de su entorno social familiares y otros (vecinos, conocidos) repercutirá en su autovaloración. De acuerdo a esos factores unas presentaran menor o mayor autovaloración. El contexto tiene sus requerimientos respecto al comportamiento y roles que deben cumplir los individuos determinados también por el ambiente sociocultural. En el caso de las mujeres embarazadas que presentan autovaloración entre media y alta especialmente, estas cumplieron en su mayoría con el hecho de estar primero casadas o estar conviviendo con sus parejas y por tanto no reciben la desaprobación de su entorno social como es en el caso de las mujeres solteras embarazadas. Además éstas también cuentan con mayor apoyo afectivo y también económico por parte de sus parejas y familiares. De acuerdo a los datos de esta investigación se observa que la autovaloración de las embarazadas depende desde lo personal hasta lo social. |
