En: Revista Ciencias SocialesResumen: Las cualidades técnicas de los instructores representan un hito muy importante para el desarrollo e identificación de niños (as) talentos deportivos. El perfil de los instructores debe reunir cualidades básicas como ser bachiller, tener una predisposición a la formación de niños y niñas y algo significativo tener experiencia en el deporte que se va a enseñar. Sin desmerecer el avance científico del entrenamiento deportivo, en nuestro medio se sigue considerando lo experimental que lo científico.
