N2  - Es conocido que la Antropología es una de las disciplinas que tributan a la Archivística como ciencia y a la gestión documental como sistema de procesos, pero el presente trabajo hace un acercamiento general inicial al flujo de sentido antropológico que recorre la gestión del patrimonio documental como acto cultural de los grupos humanos. Se analiza la gestión del patrimonio documental como tecnología social n tanto sistema de procesos socialmente construido y tecnológicamente organizado por el ser humano, donde se dan interacciones sociales de poder, deseo, saber y discurso. La propuesta alude a la necesidad de conservación del sentido de auto-identificación del grupo como elemento antropológico de auto-eco-organización. Este sentido les aporta resiliencia pues en la historia de su cultura encuentran elementos de robustez, y fortaleza para sus sistemas de creencias y sistemas de ideas de todo tipo: de estructuras sociales, religiosas, políticas, administrativas, etc. Se hace un breve recuento de la Antropología y su vinculación múltiple con la Gestión del patrimonio documental como necesidad cultural. La lectura de esta propuesta puede generar más preguntas que respuestas, pero en eso reside el desafío antropológico; It is well-known that Anthropology is one of the disciplines that pay to Archivistic like science and to the documental management as system of processes, but the present work is a general initial approach to the anthropological sense that flows through the management of documental patrimony as cultural act of the human groups. The management of documental patrimony is analyzed as a social technology as long as socially built and technologically organized system of process for the human being, where take place social interactions about power, desire, knowledge and access to speech. The proposal mentions to the necessity of conservation of the self-identification sense in the group like anthropological element of self-echo-organization. This sense contributes them resilience and robustness to their systems of beliefs, systems of all kind of ideas: Social, religious, political, administrative, structural, etc. This Work explains about the multiple linking of this anthropological science with management of documental patrimony as culture necessity. It is also made a brief recount of anthropologist's points of view. The reading of this work may generate more questions than answers, but in that the anthropological challenge resides
