<br/><br/> Las cualidades técnicas de los instructores representan un hito muy importante para el desarrollo e identificación de niños (as) talentos deportivos. El perfil de los instructores debe reunir cualidades básicas como ser bachiller, tener una predisposición a la formación de niños y niñas y algo significativo tener experiencia en el deporte que se va a enseñar. Sin desmerecer el avance científico del entrenamiento deportivo, en nuestro medio se sigue considerando lo experimental que lo científico.<br/>  The technical qualities of the instructors represent a very important for the development and identification of children (as) sporting talents milestone. The profile of the instructors must meet basic qualities such as high school, have a predisposition to the development of children and some have significant experience in the sport to be taught. Without detracting from the scientific advancement of sports training, in our country it is still considered experimental than scientific<br/>
