<br/><br/> En el artículo la autora analiza los discursos pronunciados por jefes y oficiales de los bandos realista y revolucionario para convocar a las tropas y a la población involucrada en la guerra en Charcas. Esto en el contexto político conflictivo resultante de la crisis monárquica española de 1808 y el proceso revolucionario que comienza con los movimientos en Chuquisaca y La Paz en 1809 hasta 1813  In this article the author analyses the speeches made by leaders and officers of the royalist and revolutionary factions to rally the troops and win the support of the population involved in the war in Charcas. This took place in the conflict-ridden political context resulting from the 1808 crisis in the Spanish monarchy and the revolutionary process that began with the uprisings in Chuquisaca and La Paz from 1809 to 1813<br/>
