N2  - Las nuevas prácticas que maneja el museo moderno se aplican especialmente en las museografías, la originalidad de sus temáticas o subtemas donde los objetos patrimoniales expuestos son los protagonistas. Protagonismo que se activa mientras exista una buena interpretación de lo expuesto. El objetivo del presente artículo es dar a conocer la relevancia que cumple la interpretación en un museo, llegando a ser una herramienta de comunicación para los visitantes con el fin de descubrir el significado de los objetos expuestos. Esto implica fundamentalmente el manejo de diferentes técnicas y medios de exposición, herramientas y dispositivos que contribuyan con la interpretación, legando a contribuir en museografías creativas, viables económicamente y que se puedan aplicar en los museos de La Paz para que sean verdaderos atractivos turísticos; The new practices that the modern museum manages are applied especially in museographies, the originality of 
their themes or sub-themes where the exhibited objects are the protagonists. Protagonism that is activated as long 
as there is a good interpretation of what is exposed. The objective of this article is to make known the relevance 
of the interpretation in a museum, becoming a communication tool for visitors in order to discover the meaning 
of the exhibits, this fundamentally implies the management of different techniques and means of exhibition, 
tools and devices that contribute to creative and economic museography that can be applied in the museums of 
La Paz so that they can be true tourist attractions
