N2  - El presente documento pretende analizar algunas reflexiones de docentes involucrados con la educación intercultural bilingüe en contextos multiétnicos. Se procura examinar diversas problemáticas que subyacen bajo entornos áulicos multiculturales, buscando respuestas desde el accionar docente y la intervención bibliotecaria. Se concluye en la necesidad de que la educación avance desde una concepción endógena e interrogativa, motivando abordajes críticos, bajo un sentido de mutua coexistencia; This paper aims to analyze some reflections of teachers involved in bilingual intercultural education in multiethnic contexts. It seeks to examine various problems that underlie multicultural environments classrooms, seeking answers from the teacher actuate and librarian intervention. We conclude on the need for education to advance from an endogenous and interrogative design, motivating critical approaches, under a sense of coexistence
