Resumen: This article analyses the "itinerant mining work" performed by women in the Chorolque Cooperative. Until a few years ago, women were banned from working inside the mine, but now it is a common practice. For different reasons, women miners move from working inside the mine to the surface, or vice versa. Based on these shifts in the location of their work, they build dynamics that differentiate them from their male peers.
